Common questions
What is the difference between shared and dedicated?
On shared, the address serves three customers at most. On dedicated, it serves only you and costs more per address.
Which protocols does it work on?
HTTP and SOCKS5, on the same line, on different ports.
How do I connect without a username and password?
By authorizing your connection IP in the dashboard. Up to twenty IPs per account.
What happens when an address stops?
The replace button swaps in another, at no cost, while the plan is active.
How do I renew?
Three days before expiry the dashboard shows the button. Renewing creates a new order, identical to the previous one.
Can I refer someone?
Yes. Someone who pays through an account created with your link leaves 10% of the amount to you.
Do I need an account for the tools?
No. The eight tools work without signing up.
Do you have a discount coupon?
No. The price is already the lowest we can make it, and it is the same for everyone, with no code.
Can I send e-mail through the addresses?
No. Port 25 stays closed: e-mail does not go out through these addresses.
What if I do not like it?
Within the first 24 hours the amount is refunded, while the service has not been used. After that, you can simply not renew.
