The service delivers proxy addresses, for the period paid. The price charged is the one in the table at the time of the order.
Replacement swaps an address that stopped responding. It does not extend the plan.
Renewal is a new order, with the same size and the same term. Nothing is charged without an order from you.
The order can be refunded within the first 24 hours, while the service has not been used. After that, you can simply not renew.
The account stores name, email and the encrypted password. The order stores what was bought, the amount and the expiry.
The language is chosen from the country of the IP, looked up in a local database. The IP itself is not stored by that lookup.
An IP is only stored when you authorize it in the dashboard, to enter the proxy without a password.
Using the service to break into systems, send spam or attack someone's availability is not allowed.
