A datacenter address was used by other people before it reached you, and some public lists remember that. Showing up on a list does not mean the address is broken; it means that particular service distrusts it.
What you can check
The blocklist tool queries four public lists and says how many the address appears on, naming which. It takes ten seconds and settles the doubt.
If the site you use refuses the address and the list confirms why, replacement delivers another. If the list is clean and the site refuses anyway, the refusal is the site rule, not a fault in the address.
